My name is Mason Foster. Almost everyone calls me Mace; those who call me Mason are equally likely to call me Mr. Foster, and it probably means I’m in trouble for something.
I have been all over the world, but I’m not your typical tourist. I’m an adventurer, insatiably curious and fascinated with everything around me. When I’m not bandaging up my recent dings, I’m somewhere out in the world, looking for new dings.
I never bothered writing about most of the things I’ve done because I’m too preoccupied planning the next thing I’m going to do, but I hope to remedy that. The writing part, not the planning part. To that end, my amazing wife convinced me to create this blog, to share with the world all the experiences the world has shared with me. I’m usually carrying a camera or three, so there should never be a shortage of photos or videos from wherever I’m adventuring.
As I go about my routine (which is never routine) I’m often in possession of some really fantastic outdoor, photo, video, and audio equipment. Part of this blog will be devoted to displaying, demonstrating, and reviewing products that I’ve acquired along the way. Unlike many reviews you might read or see, where the reviewer is more concerned about their mass appeal than a fair review, I will always give you an unbiased, honest opinion to help you make informed decisions about the products you purchase. Hopefully those reviews will help you out in some way.
